Courage Unanswered

Dear Friends,
Courage takes many forms. Many of us in times of hardship do our best to move forward by tackling the challenges and obstacles we face, in order to provide a home for our familes, to pay our bills and to keep food on the table. Every day many Americans are grateful for living another day in a country still enraptured with freedom, even though finances has placed temporary strains on our ability to enjoy the fruits of our labor. America has had its share of trauma and upheaval. We all have problems and we do our best to solve them in an atmosphere of a respectable exchange. Of all the aspects of our lives we truly need to remember most often, is the ability to live in harmony with all of the freedoms previous generations have fought and died for, so we as a people can live the illustrious 'American Dream' our ancestors so desired for themselves.
We are all God's children. When we see tyranny and injustice, the force of our character is required to end the turmoil of abuse by voicing our horror and contemplating actions for its termination.
For the past several days, Americans and the entire world has witnessed the demonstrations of Iranian citizens seeking the end of tyranny and despotism. Their protest is to enable the rule of law to be upheld as their Presidential Election has exposed fraudulent irregularities in tampering the will of the Iranian people. When a spark of democratic principles begin to inhabit the population en masse, we as the greatest originator of freedom in the world must encourage its safe passage. The display of courage by Iranians in their quest for liberty, is reminiscent of so many uprisings throughout the ages where freedom above all else, is the elixir of passion in human history.
The eloquent voices of those so many miles away pleading for guidance and understanding of their plight, has been drowned out by the leader of the western world by his actions in saying nothing. When we have a leader unwilling to encourage the voice of freedom in a nation starved for the taste of liberty, America no longer has the respect nor the capacity to instill its moral values on others.
America was born by its adherence to Judeo-Christian values. The day has sadly arrived that America is no longer held in the esteem once recognized by millions. The world is observing the 'hands off' approach by this president and many are perplexed as to its neglect of an 'ordained responsibility'.
History is the teacher and we are the current pupils.
We need to remember America has a great power bestowed by the Almighty in its ability to conquer the destiny of many countries around the world by its actions for good. Truly past generations knew of the blessings of this great nation.
It can be construed by others, there is a lack of courage displayed by the leader of the free world in 'not meddling' with the desires of freedom by a vast number of Iranians. This response and similar contrivances of indecision in other matters, will ultimately be the undoing of the blessings of freedom and liberty, we as a nation have come to appreciate.
Freedom is universal. When a nation or a people demand it, America needs to participate by lending kind words of encouragement. If not heard, the light trickles and becomes dormant.
By these circumstances, the unraveling of the American experience continues.
Thanks Again
